How do I order?
All of our meals must be ordered online through our website. To start an order, head over to our menu page and simply choose the meals you’d like and add them to your cart. Once you are in checkout, you will have the option to chose your date for delivery.
How does Served Natural work?
You can order our meals off our menu a la carte. All of our meals are prepared fresh and delivered directly to your home. We deliver twice a week, and only require that you order 3 days in advance prior to the select delivery date to ensure the freshest quality ingredients and meals.
What am I committing to when placing an order?
There is no long term commitment to our program when you place an order. For an a la carte order, you are placing a one time order that will not recur. If you need to change or cancel your order, you can do so prior to Friday at 11:59PM for Mondays Delivery and Monday at 11:59PM for Thursdays delivery. We will then apply a credit automatically to your account for your next order.
What are the deadlines for ordering?
In order to source the best ingredients for your made-to-order meals, we ask that you order 3 days in advance of your delivery. Because we only deliver twice a week, we therefore have two deadlines on our website to order – Fridays and Mondays by midnight EST for beginning of week and midweek delivery respectively.
What days do you deliver?
We have two deliveries per week, early and midweek. Your order will be delivered on Monday for early week delivery and then Thursday for midweek delivery. You will choose your delivery time/options in the checkout process based on your location and delivery type.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source the best quality ingredients available and purchase as much as possible from local suppliers with sustainable practices.
This is something that will separate us apart from many others in the market. With this said, our produce and vegetables are naturally grown, our meats are grass-fed and our fish is wild-caught. All of our meat is animal welfare level 5. This ensures all animals are raised with high quality nutrition in environments that encourage natural behavior, allowing the animals to be happy and playful, ensuring emotional well-being.

Are your meals refundable?
Refunds will not be issued once a delivery has already begun. If you need to change the delivery of an order, we require 72-hours advanced notice of your delivery, and at which time your delivery will be paused and credited (not refunded) back to your account. You can then re-order at anytime on your own – our credits are valid for 12 months from your original order.
How much are your meals?
Our meals vary based on the size of the meal and all of the prices are listed on our menu under each item. Breakfasts typically start at $8.99, main entrees start at $10.99 and desserts start at $7.99. Do note we also offer kids meals and bulk items.
What is the difference between a credit and a refund?
A credit is money put back into your Served Natural account to be used on a future order while a refund is money refunded back to your credit card. We do not typical refund your account on orders, but rather credit. If you require a refund for a specific scenario, we will of course work with you to assure you are accommodated – please reach out to email@example.com for assistance.
Are your meals Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Soy-Free?
All of our meals are specifically tagged. Please click on an item and view the tags noted above the nutrition.
How do I reheat my meals?
Our containers are microwave safe. All you have to do is remove any sauce containers and heat and eat! You may also heat your meals on a skillet by heating a pan or wok and placing your meal in the pan, heating it slowly until warm.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals stay fresh for between three to five days, depending on the meal. We deliver twice a week to make sure that you have access to fresh meals. All of our meals come with an eat-by date. We suggest freezing our meals if you would like to make them last longer. If you freeze them, you can simply defrost them before consumption.
If I have allergies, how do I know what ingredients are in my meal?
Each menu item comes with a full ingredient list on our website. We, however, do not make our meals especially for allergies. Therefore, if your allergy is serious, please proceed with caution and feel free to consult our customer service team first with any questions.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
You do not need to be home to receive your home delivery, you can leave notes in your delivery notes on where to leave your food if you are not there. However, if we deliver within the allocated delivery window, and you are okay with us leaving your bag, we are not responsible for your bag after it is left.
Can I give Served Naturalas a gift?
Yes! We have a few options for sending gifts. For someone who doesn't get Served Naturalasyet (but totally should), a 9-item gift box is a great choice. It's a one-time taster box that allows them to pick any 9 items they want to try. For those who consider dessert part of the food pyramid, we have a Gift Box of Scoops where the recipient can choose any 6 pints to enjoy.
We also have gift card options. Surprising someone who knows and loves Served Naturalas? Give them a gift card with a reusable straw. Looking for a last-minute gift? Send them an e-gift card! What days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver twice a week, in the beginning of the week on Monday and then again midweek on Thursday. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
What different delivery options do you have?
We are currently offering only home delivery. Please reach out to us for corporate deliveries and catering options.
What is the price of delivery?
Our pricing varies based on your area of delivery. For home deliveries, we do charge a minimal delivery fee as we work with great partners to assure safe delivery to your home. The price of shipping will show for your specific delivery location upon checkout.
What should I do with my bags and ice packs?
All of our insulated bags and ice packs are reusable and recyclable. We suggest both of these options or donating them to a local service or charity in need.
What time of the day do you deliver?
Depending on your delivery location, we either deliver at night or early in the morning. Your delivery options and times will show upon checkout.
